a deeper look leaves us wondering what message the mythical artist truly wanted to deliver

his poetic and poignant symbols established a visual vocabulary that continues to inspire new generations of graffiti artists around the world

It also plays on the word’s similarity in sound to ‘river crab’ and ‘harmonious’

The name Andy Hope 1930 acts more as a label rather a name – a gateway that allows the artists to travel in different directions freely
